The Company was incorporated on 13^th April 1989 by a young entrepreneur, Sanjeev Kapoor, who has more than 30 years of rich experience in the textile field. The Company has been engaged in manufacturing and trading of  woven, printed, knitted & embroidered silk fabrics for Home Furnishings & Exclusive high fashion embroidered Dress materials in innovative blends since incorporation and established it’s own manufacturing plant at Varanasi in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. It is only company based in Varanasi having in-house production facility and registered with Government of India. It also specializes in different style of hand painting, Tie & dye & Embroidery of hand / machine, chain stitch & computerized Embroidery on silk & polyester other than stitch curtains & cushion covers, bed linen, Placements & Table runners. Starting with a capacity of 2,000 mtrs of handloom silk fabric, 5000 mtrs of Power loom silk fabric, today it’s license capacity & installed capacity has expanded to  handloom silks fabric 10,000 mtrs, Embroidered fabric 50,000 mtrs, Power loom silk fabric 400,000 mtrs. Adding the Shuttle-less computerized electronic Jaquard fabrics in polyster with a capacity of 500,000 mtr annually in 1994 by setting up additional units at Manesar, Haryana has enabled it to venture into global regions like USA, Greece, France, Spain, Middle East, & SEA region.

The company with its enhancement by installation of additional unit at IMT Manesar in 2010 and  increasing productivity, introducing cost control and developing  capabilities of human resources. It ventured into a new challenging field of Knitted Mattress ticking fabric to become the 1^st manufacturer in India with a state-of-the-art technology machines from Germany.

With its 40,000 sq ft. production facility located in Manesar, Haryana on the outskirts of New Delhi is not even an hours drive from Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi – does contains all of our woven, printed, knitted and embroidered fabric manufacturing operations which includes state of art 6 Jacquard Knitting machines and 20 wide width Shuttle computerized Jacquard machines and 50 conventional power looms.
